TCI (DCZ Tactical Commander Interface Open Alpha)

This section describes the TCI. TCI is a java client tool. This tool can connect to a running DCS server which has installed and triggered the “with socket” variant of the DCZ.dll.
Simply start the tool and connect to the ip of a dcs server running with the “with socket” DCZ.dll (port is currently always 2250). You can only do this if the machine running TCI is also participating on the servers mission as “tactical commander”. (This means you have to have combined arms installed.) If you are not slotted in to one of the coalitions as “tactical commander” the server side DCZ.dll will refuse your connecting attempt.
After connecting to the server a list of all DCZ.dll recognised groups/units will appear on the left side as a list.
Simply click on either a group or a unit to access availaible 'script commands'.
Currently TCI only supports main and enroute 'tasks' to be set or pushed as described on this hoggit wiki page. ( https://wiki.hoggitworld.com/view/DCS_func_setTask )
After you clicked the group/unit you wish to send a command and you also pressed a type of command, a section with available parameters will show up. Most of them has a tooltip to clarify the purpose.
Make the desired entries and click either 'set' or 'push' to set the Task or push it on the task queue.
'Reset' will do the same as https://wiki.hoggitworld.com/view/DCS_func_resetTask .
If you click a unit you get a list of detected targets in one of the lists of the lower section of the main view. By pressing “attack” you send an attack command for the clicked unit against the given target.
