===== Server =====
  * Start the server in paused mode
  * Make sure **ALL** clients have spawned before unpausing/resuming for the first time

===== Clients =====
  * Give your okay to the server operator once you're in the pit
  * Do not de-spawn or disconnect; otherwise the battle may need to be restarted from scratch
  * After crashing/getting shot down, it's okay to leave the slot and disconnect
